SHIPPING POLICY

At EXC Designs, we work to ship every in-stock order the same day it is placed.

Orders submitted after carrier pickup, during weekends, or on holidays may ship the following business day. Preorders, custom products, and special-order items will follow the shipping timeframe displayed on their product pages.

Tracking information is sent after your order has been processed. Carrier delays can occasionally occur after a package leaves our facility and are outside our direct control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
