12in supermoto mag wheel set for the ETM RTR
The ETM RTR 12in Mag Supermoto Wheel Set is a cast mag wheel, no spokes to tension, built around a 15mm axle. Kenda Curve street tires come mounted and inflated, so there is nothing to do but fit the wheels. Black, or silver when in stock.
RTR Sport and RTR Lite fit
This set is listed for the ETM RTR Sport and the RTR Lite, both on a 15mm axle, and it ships with 15mm bearings and the spacers to match. The RTR Alpha and RTR XL are not on our fit list. Other sellers list 12in sets for them, but confirm with us before you order for either of those bikes. The same wheel set also fits the Yozma IN10 Pro and the Valtinsu EM5 Pro.
Gearing with 12in wheels
You do not need a new sprocket to install the set; your stock rotors and sprocket carry over. A 12in wheel is shorter than the stock rear, which effectively shortens the gearing. Electro & Co, who make the RTR, publish recommended sprocket sizes for 12in wheels on each model if you want to re-gear once the wheels are on.
Mag wheels or spoked wheels on the RTR
Mag wheels are one cast piece: no spokes to true or re-tension, and a cleaner look on the street. Spoked supermoto wheels take hard hits a little better off a jump. For a bike that is going to live on pavement, the mag set is the simpler one to own.
What is included, and what is not
In the box: two 12in mag wheels with Kenda Curve street tires mounted and inflated, 15mm bearings pressed, new spacers. Not in the box: rotors, sprocket, chain. Yours carry over and nothing else is needed for the install.
