ETM RTR Brake Upgrades for the Sport, Lite, Alpha and XL
ETM RTR brake upgrades for the Sport, Lite, Alpha and XL. The stock RTR brake was sized for a stock bike. Ride it hard or add power and it is the first thing you outgrow. These kits put Surron Ultra Bee brakes on the RTR with EXC mounts machined for the frame, and they ship pre-bled, so the slow part of a brake conversion is done before the box arrives.
Front and rear Ultra Bee brake kits for the ETM RTR
Rear: the RTR Sport and Lite Ultra Bee brake kit ships pre-bled on laser-engraved EXC mounts, with the pin, dust cover and mounting hardware in the box. Made for the Sport and Lite only.
Front: the ETM RTR front Ultra Bee brake kit is the first front Ultra Bee kit built for the RTR. A machined aluminum caliper mount, an oversized rotor and a pre-bled line, and it fits every RTR model and wheel type, including 12 inch front wheels. Over 600 have shipped to RTR riders.

Alpha and XL riders: the front kit fits. The rear kit is machined for the Sport and Lite only, so message us before ordering a rear kit for any other RTR.
Bite and lever feel. The Ultra Bee caliper and master cylinder come off a bigger, faster bike, and on the RTR they give a firm lever and a rear wheel that locks when you ask. Both kits bolt on with EXC mounts machined for the RTR.
Fitting and bleeding your RTR brake upgrade
Do I need to bleed the kit? No. Both kits ship pre-bled. Keep the line connected while you install it and it stays bled.
Can I run the front and rear kits together? Yes. Sport and Lite riders can run both. Alpha and XL riders run the front kit.
Which rotor does the rear kit use? The stock RTR rear rotor. The front kit ships with its own oversized rotor.
