The Surron Ultra Bee foot brake kit from EXC, with the OEM Surron caliper in the box. It puts the rear brake on a foot pedal, the way a moto runs it, so you brake with your right foot and keep your hands for the clutch-free throttle and front lever. Your stock hand-operated rear brake stays on the bar. The kit adds a second caliper and a pedal, so you have a footbrake and the hand brake on the same rear rotor.
Why riders convert the Ultra Bee to a foot brake
If you came from dirt bikes, your right foot already knows where the rear brake is. On the Ultra Bee it is on the bar, and in the air or sideways in a corner that is the wrong place. A foot brake kit gives you the moto control back: drag the rear with your boot, trail it into a turn, tap it mid-wheelie to bring the front down. It is the single upgrade that makes the Ultra Bee feel like a 125.
No hands wheelies need a foot brake
You cannot do a no hands wheelie on a stock Ultra Bee. Once your hands leave the bar, the rear brake leaves with them, and the rear brake is what holds you at the balance point. With this kit the rear brake is under your right boot, so you can let go of the bar, hold the wheelie with throttle and foot brake, and bring the front down whenever you want. Pair it with the Ultra Bee shift lock so your left foot has something to hook under, and the bike is set up for no hands.
What the OEM caliper means
Most Ultra Bee footbrake kits ship without a caliper and send you hunting for one. This kit includes the genuine Surron Ultra Bee caliper, so the second rear caliper matches the one already on the bike, uses the same Ultra Bee brake pads, and you are not guessing at fitment. Open the box, bolt it on.

Will this fit my bike?
It fits the Surron Ultra Bee only. It does not fit the Light Bee X, E Ride Pro, or any other platform.
What does this add over stock?
The Ultra Bee comes with a hand-operated rear brake only. This kit mounts a caliper and pedal so you have a foot brake on the rear wheel as well.
Does it replace the hand brake?
No. The stock hand brake stays in place. This adds a second rear brake control at the right foot peg.
What comes in the box?
